1.    Ordering and Payment  

Orders may be placed 24 hours a day. First time customers will need to set up an account. Once your order has been placed into your cart you may then proceed to checkout. Select your method of payment from one of the following:

• Paypal- You must have a paypal account to select this option (this is free to set up and there are no fees for purchases through paypal.
• Money Order made payable to Scrapsnpieces
• Direct Deposit – Bank details will be provided
• COD for pick ups  

Please make sure that your correct email address is entered so we can email your confirmation of order as well as your invoice.  

Every effort is made to process your order within 24-48 hours. Please be aware that orders will not be shipped until payment has been cleared.

2.    Postage  

• Scrapsnpieces will post anywhere in Australia for a flat rate of $ 4.95, this excludes albums, totes and storage items.  
• Free shipping for orders over $ 70.00 again excluding albums, totes and storage items.  
• All prices are quoted at Australia post rates and are subject to change without notice.  
• Please allow up to 14 days from date of dispatch for you package to arrive.
• We do not take responsibility for goods once dispatched and highly recommend registered/insured postage for an additional charge of $2.50. If this service is required please place in comments box in checkout process.  

Local pick-up is also available from North Richmond. Please request this in the comments section of checkout.  

3.    Prices  

All prices are shown in Australian dollars and include 10% GST. Prices may change without notice.  

4.    Minimum Order  

Scrapsnpieces do not have a minimum order we understand that sometimes you just need a couple of bits to finish off a page.  

5.     Product Description  

We make every effort to ensure images and descriptions accurately describe the product, although due to different screen resolutions and the process of scanning/photographing products colours may vary slightly. Unfortunately this is out of our control.  

6.    Refund and Exchange  

Please notify us of any incorrect or faulty items within 3 days of receiving your order. Products with a true manufacturers fault can be returned and postage costs will be refunded. Please ensure all goods are returned in their original packaging. Please note that we do not refund or exchange for change of mind.
